Dar este de 5 ori mai pu\u021bin dec\u00e2t \u00eentr-un suc de fructe. 330ml suc acidulat: 15mg metanol. 330ml suc de fructe: 45mg-medie, 213mg-maxim.<br><br>Aspartamul a fost studiat \u00eendelung. Avem multe informa\u021bii cu privire la s\u0103n\u0103tatea uman\u0103. Evalu\u0103rile repetate, inclusiv cea mai recent\u0103 reevaluare complet\u0103 din 2013 de c\u0103tre Autoritatea European\u0103 pentru Siguran\u021ba Alimentelor (EFSA), sus\u021bin siguran\u021ba aspartamului pentru consumul uman \u00een limitele dozelor recomandate. Mai exact \u00een limita ADI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aportul zilnic acceptabil (ADI)<\/strong> pentru aspartam variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 40 \u0219i 50 mg\/kg\/zi \u00een diferite regiuni, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 o persoan\u0103 de 70 kg ar putea consuma \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre 2800 \u0219i 3500 mg pe zi, \u00een func\u021bie de standardele locale. Echivalentul a mai bine de 8 doze de Cola Zero, \u00een cazul ADI din UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, este important s\u0103 privim consumul de aspartam \u00een contextul general al stilului de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i al obiceiurilor alimentare. Consumul excesiv de b\u0103uturi \u00eendulcite cu zah\u0103r contribuie considerabil la un aport caloric excesiv sau la alte aspecte negative ale s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, ceea ce este cu adev\u0103rat \u00eengrijor\u0103tor. Sucurile de fructe din comer\u021b nu ofer\u0103 beneficii majore. Aceea\u0219i cantitate de zaharuri ca \u0219i sucurile acidulate. Chiar \u0219i pentru majoritatea sucurilor 100% din fructe (tot pe la 9-11g de zaharuri la 100ml au). Astfel, dac\u0103 pot folosi din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd sucurile \u00eendulcite artificial pentru a reduce consumul de zah\u0103r, perfect! Un suc f\u0103r\u0103 zah\u0103r sau o gum\u0103 cu aspartam pot fi alternative bune \u00een special pentru pentru cei care doresc s\u0103 reduc\u0103 greutatea corporal\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen concluzie, nu exist\u0103 un r\u0103spuns simplu la \u00eentrebarea dac\u0103 aspartamul este sau nu sigur.
