Dieta nu te \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nci, ci te oblig\u0103 s\u0103 urmezi un plan alimentar fix. Concluzia: dup\u0103 12 luni, efectele de reducere a greut\u0103\u021bii \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a factorilor de risc pentru boli cardiovasculare (observate dup\u0103 men\u021binerea unei diete timp de 6 luni) \u00een mare parte dispar. Adic\u0103 dup\u0103 aproximativ un an, majoritatea participan\u021bilor nu mai au un beneficiu.<\/li>\n<li>Un alt studiu de \u00eencredere publicat \u00een 2018 \u00een Jurnalul Clinicilor din America de Nord (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5764193\/\">link<\/a>) a ob\u021binut rezultate similare.
